Nov 11, 2003:  Veterans in attendance at yesterdays announcement at the National World War II Memorial included, from left, Emanuel Lee, Bill Broadwater, George Millard and Frankyn Malone.  The Memorial is on track for its Memorial Day Memorial Day opening 2004.
